What You’ll Do
- Assist experienced technicians with windshield and auto glass replacements
- Learn how to safely remove and install automotive glass
- Help repair windshield chips
- Prepare vehicles and work areas before installations
- Learn proper use of tools, adhesives, and equipment
- Maintain a clean work area, service vehicle, and tools
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Follow company safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required—we provide paid training
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Mechanically inclined or interested in automotive work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
Experience That Would Be an Asset
- Automotive detailing
- Tire and lube technician
- Automotive apprentice
- Body shop experience
- General labour
- Construction
- Glass installation
- Delivery or service technician experience
