Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, and experienced Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. We are a family owned and operated, community driven dealership. The perfect fit for this position would be someone who has strong knowledge of financial services, dealership operations, and exceptional customer service skills. This position is crucial for driving sales, building customer relationships and helping to meet dealership goals. In this position you would be responsible for helping customers through financing and insurance options, and ensuring that the entire process is seamless and positive for each and every customer. Must have a valid OMVIC license.
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate financing and insurance products tailored to their needs
- Present and explain financial options clearly, including loan terms, lease agreements, and insurance coverage
- Negotiate terms with customers to secure favorable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure smooth transaction processes and meet sales targets
- Conduct thorough credit applications, verify information, and process paperwork efficiently
- Stay informed about current financial products, dealership promotions, and industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in financial services within the automotive industry or dealership environment is a must
- OMVIC Certified
- Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer service
- Excellent math skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and loan terms
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Ability to build rapport with customers and team members alike
- Knowledge of industry regulations related to finance and insurance products
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage documentation accurately
Pay: $115,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
