Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead <PERSON> to oversee and coordinate construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of various construction disciplines, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. This role involves supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship across diverse projects including masonry, carpentry, roofing, and finishing work.
Duties
- Lead and supervise construction crews on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution
- Coordinate cabinet installation, flooring installation, siding, roofing, and painting activities
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment to perform various construction tasks
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to project standards and safety regulations
- Assist with construction estimating and project planning to optimize resource allocation
- Manage heavy lifting operations and ensure proper use of safety gear during all activities
- Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance skills in woodworking, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman tasksRequirements
- Proven experience in construction or related fields with a strong background in carpentry, masonry, roofing, or finishing trades
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and heavy equipment
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and project management principles
- Skilled in concrete forming, rebar installation, tile laying, siding installation, caulking, and flooring techniques
- Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing installations, restoration projects, and woodworking is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams effectively under deadlines
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting and construction site hazards
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions
- Valid certifications or licenses relevant to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
