Yorkson Dental is a modern dental practice in Langley dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our growing team is passionate about creating positive experiences for both our patients and our staff, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Certified Dental Assistant to join us.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in a fast-paced practice that provides a wide range of services, including restorative, surgical, and IV sedation procedures. Candidates with experience or an interest in sedation dentistry are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Assist dentists during a variety of procedures, including restorative, surgical, implant, and sedation appointments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained.
- Take and process digital radiographs in accordance with provincial regulations.
- Support IV sedation and anesthesia appointments under the supervision of the dentist and anesthesiologist.
- Accurately chart treatment and maintain detailed patient records.
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused care and help create a comfortable experience for every patient.
- Educate patients and answer questions regarding treatment and post-operative care.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification in British Columbia.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience with IV sedation or a strong interest in expanding your skills in sedation dentistry.
- CDAAC (Canadian Dental Anesthesia Assistant Certificate) is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with Tracker dental software is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule

- Tuesday through Saturday.
- In-person role located in Langley, BC.
