This position will involve varied shift times. It’s a great employment option for anyone looking to work with a small, friendly team in a structured, professional work environment.
Duties:
· Prepare food & beverage orders in a timely, accurate and professional manner
· Monitor food quality before service to ensure standards are met
· Assist guests with questions and product recommendations
· Accurately handle cash and process card payments
· Perform accurate cash out procedures
· Participate in daily stock control, communicating item requests when required
· Maintain a clean and tidy work area, counter area, and seating areas
What We’re Looking for:
· At least 1 year of barista experience
· Experience preparing deli-style food (using toasters, etc.)
· Food Safe and Serving it Right certification required
· POS experience preferred
· Friendly, outgoing personality with professional verbal communication skills
· Active listening skills and excellent attention to detail
· High standards of personal presentation
· Takes initiative to stay updated on menu items
· Ability to multitask, remain organized and prioritize
· Comfortable standing for long periods
· Must be of age to sell liquor products
· Available to work up to 5 days per week.
