The Opportunity
Fall is gutter protection season — leaves come down, phones ring, and homeowners buy. We're heading into it with an exclusive patented product (EavesArmour, , inventory on hand, company-generated leads, and a 27-year local reputation. What we need is the leader who builds the sales team that captures it.
This is not a desk job managing a mature team. You'll recruit, train, and lead reps — and run deals yourself — with direct access to the owner. If you've been a top closer in exteriors, roofing, or windows/doors and you're ready to build something and get paid on everything your team sells, this is that job.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, and onboard commission sales reps for the fall push
- Train and coach the team using Custom Contracting University, our in-house training platform (curriculum, role-play simulator, and rep scorecards already built — you run it, not build it)
- Run ride-alongs, review pipelines, and hold reps accountable to weekly close targets
- Sell personally — carry your own appointments at full rep commission
- Own the fall season sales number for the gutter protection division
- Work directly with ownership on pricing, promotions, and lead flow
What You Need
- 3+ years of in-home / direct-to-consumer sales with a documented closing record (exteriors, roofing, windows/doors, or similar)
- Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring reps — or clear evidence you're the top closer ready to step up
- Your own reliable vehicle and a valid G licence
- Availability for evenings and weekends during peak season
- A builder's mentality: recruiting, coaching, and accountability don't scare you
