⭐Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and students upon arrival at the academy.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Lesson sales and process customer payments.
- Update student accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Perform basic facility maintenance and ensure cleanliness and sanitization.
- Keep the school environment tidy and stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide accurate information about lessons both in-person and via phone/email.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
⭐Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. All three is favourable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic with a drive to complete tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.
