Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Worker to join our Nursery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. Has a background in maintenance from general building repair to industrial machinery diagnostics, requiring hands-on problem-solving, mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate and maintain tools such as hand tools, and power tools to execute repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and work performed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to document work clearly.
