Are you a Journeyperson Steel Fabricator looking for a strong, stable team that values work-life balance? Or an Apprentice eager to grow in a dynamic and safety-focused environment? We are currently hiring Skilled Fabricators of all experience levels for both day and night shifts.
Enjoy a set schedule with a 4-day, 9-hour workweek plus an 8-hour Friday, and opportunities for overtime during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate steel handrails, stairs, ladders, and other miscellaneous items.
- Fabricate structural steel.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Safely move and handle materials.
- Properly maintain and organize shop tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and neat work area.
- Receive and take direction from the Production Supervisor.
- Encourage safe work practices in others, communicate to the Supervisor areas where safety training and enforcement is needed, and adhere to Health & Safety Program (HSP) initiatives.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements for Experience Level:
Journeyperson Steel Fabricator
- Journeyperson ticket required
- Strong blueprint reading and layout abilities
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Structural Steel Plate Fitter Journeyperson is a major asset and will be compensated accordingly
- Ability to receive and follow instructions
Apprentice Steel Fabricator
- Registered Apprentice
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions and contribute to team success
- Basic understanding of shop tools and steel fabrication techniques
What We Offer:
Consistent Day Shift Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (9 hours/day)
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8 hours/day)
Night Shift:
- Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 4:30 AM
- $2.50/hour night shift premium
