HR Made EZ is working with a leading innovator in mass timber, net-zero, and advanced prefab construction. We're looking for an experienced Construction Estimator & Proposal Lead to own the numbers and the narrative behind our most important pursuits.
In this high-impact role, you'll lead bids, RFP responses, project proposals, and grant support submissions while collaborating with Sales, Design, Finance, and Project Management. You'll transform technical construction solutions into compelling, visually engaging proposals that win work and drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead public and private-sector bid submissions from start to finish
- Develop persuasive proposal content, budgets, and presentations
- Build project budgets with support from our design and takeoff teams
- Manage multiple pursuits simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery
- Support grant and funding applications with costed budgets and technical content
- Track estimate accuracy and continuously improve costing processes
What You Bring
- 5+ years of proposal leadership, estimating, or pursuit management in construction
- Proven success winning RFPs, RFQs, and major project pursuits
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Experience with construction budgets, scopes, schedules, and supplier pricing
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and proposal development tools
