- Financial Statement Preparation: Draft accurate, entity-level financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review.
3. Treasury & Cash Management
- Cash Flow Monitoring: Track cash positions across multiple company bank accounts, managing daily cash balances and forecasting short-term cash needs.
- Funds Transfers: Initiate and record bank transfers between entities to optimize cash flow and meet operational obligations (payroll, vendor payments).
4. Compliance, Audit & Internal Controls
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly corporate compliance returns, including GST/PST returns, WorkSafeBC reporting, and payroll tax reconciliations for all entities.
