LANDSCAPING FOREMAN / CREW LEAD — EDMONTON
Established landscaping and property-maintenance company is hiring a reliable, experienced foreman to become a key member of our team.
This is a hands-on working-foreman position. You must be capable of leading crews, solving problems independently and producing professional work without constant supervision.
Required experience:
- Patio and paving-stone installation
- Grading and drainage
- Sod and landscape installation
- Retaining walls
- Decorative rock and mulch
- Lawn-care equipment and property maintenance
- Crew leadership and job-site organization
- Reading measurements, establishing elevations and planning material requirements
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s licence and clean, reliable driving habits
- Dependable attendance and communication
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable operating landscaping equipment
- Willingness to work longer days when projects and weather require it
- Ability to maintain quality while keeping a crew productive
- Professional communication with customers and team members
Compensation:
- Paid working trial starting at $25\hour
- $25/hour for lawn-care and maintenance work
- $30/hour for landscaping, hardscaping and qualified foreman work
