As an Events & Creative Professional, you'll help customers create memorable experiences for birthdays, celebrations, proposals, baby showers, family gatherings, and special occasions.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning event setups according to customer requirements.
- Decorating venues using balloons, backdrops, flowers, lighting, props, and themed decorations.
- Capturing professional-quality photos and videos.
- Assisting with event preparation and setup.
- Coordinating with customers before each booking to understand their expectations.
- Arriving on time and completing services professionally.
- Maintaining your equipment and ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every booking.
- Leaving event spaces clean and organized after completing your work.
- Building positive customer relationships that result in excellent reviews and repeat bookings.
