Retail Sales Supervisor and Head Cashier
Location: Saulnierville, Nova Scotia Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Reports To: Pharmacy Owner / Store Manager Hours: 35–40 hours per week
JOB SUMMARY (WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR)
We are seeking an organized, energetic, and community-minded Retail Sales Supervisor and Head
Cashier to lead our front-shop operations and checkout services. In this role, you will manage retail staff,supervise cashiers, oversee merchandising, and ensure an exceptional customer experience, effectively bridging the gap between our retail floor and the pharmacy team. Given our unique location and culturally rich customer base on the Acadian Shore, bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset for this position.
