About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced appointment setter to support our leadership development programs by booking conversations with senior decision-makers.
This is a part-time, remote role focused on outbound calling. You’ll be connecting with business leaders in Ontario who have already received an introduction to our company, so you’re not starting from a cold list.
If you enjoy structured outreach, meaningful conversations, and being rewarded for results, this role offers both flexibility and consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to business leaders (CEO, President, HR)
- Book qualified meetings for our leadership consultants
- Follow a structured outreach process with provided scripts and guidance
- Log activity and outcomes clearly
- Maintain a professional and respectful tone on every call
What This Role Offers

Compensation is 100% commission broken down as follows:
- $5 per qualified lead
- $15 per completed call sequence (minimum 12 attempts per lead)
- $100 per qualified appointment booked & attended
- approximately 15 to 20 hours per week
Compensation is performance-based and designed to reward consistency and results.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of outbound appointment setting experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional, confident, and organized approach
- Comfortable speaking with senior business leaders
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently
- Part-time position - approximately 15 to 20 hours per week
