Dental Reception & Patient Care Coordinator

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with patients, and helping individuals take the first step toward improving their oral health and confidence.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Conduct initial patient consultations both over the phone and in person
- Educate patients on basic dental treatment options, including dentures, implants, and restorative solutions
- Assist patients in understanding treatment recommendations and next steps
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
- Coordinate patient follow-ups and nurture ongoing patient relationships
- Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities
We're looking for someone who can also help us grow our online presence by:
- Creating and posting engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Developing and monitoring social media campaigns
- Creating reels, stories, and other engaging content
- Responding to comments and messages professionally
- Helping showcase patient success stories, office culture, and educational content
- Tracking engagement and helping maintain a positive online community

Dental Knowledge
Previous dental experience is an asset, but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate. A successful applicant should have:
- Basic understanding of dental terminology, or a willingness to learn
- Interest in learning about dentures, implants, and other dental treatments
- Ability to confidently discuss treatment options with patients after training
