We are a custom boat lift company based in Gravenhurst, proudly serving the Muskoka region and shipping our platform boat lifts throughout North America. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable, organized, and personable individual to become an important part of our team.
The Role
This role is an important part of our day-to-day team, helping keep communication organized, clients informed, and the office running smoothly. You'll often be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in supporting both our customers and internal team.

What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Communicate with clients and help keep them informed throughout the process
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and calendar management
- Assist with invoicing follow-ups and basic accounts receivable
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support the team with general office administration and day-to-day tasks
- Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Clear and professional communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Comfortable learning and working with a variety of software programs and online systems
- Comfortable working with clients and handling day-to-day communication
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help where needed
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in construction, building trades, or marine industry
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software
- Basic understanding of invoicing or accounting (QuickBooks is an asset)

Compensation
Competitive and flexible based on experience.
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
