Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems
- Assist customers with upselling opportunities by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills during all interactions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and enhance overall customer experience
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and seamless service delivery
Skills
- Strong data entry capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with active listening abilities
- Proven analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify improvement opportunities

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
