The Warehouse Operator plays an important role in all the warehouse functions starting from inflow of the products until the time products leaves the warehouse to ensure a smooth transition. Functions include, Unloading, Receiving, Replenishment, Putaway, Picking, Labeling, Counting, Packing, Shipping and Loading.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently pick customer orders, ensuring order accuracy
Match order numbers in the scanner and process shipment
Refills the racks and place the products on a specific designated area
Scan the boxes and label UPC numbers on the boxes
Post the labels on the carts, boxes and scan them
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately within the required timeframe
Separate the orders by delivery types; express, same day and long orders
Print orders and samples pick list
Operate RF scanners to accurately fill orders and effectively manage inventory
Check, verify and fill customer invoices
Complete orders and place filled boxes on conveyor belts for sealing and labelling
Process returns as required
Complete other related duties as assigned by management.
Work safely and follow all policies and procedures as documented
Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) preferred
Be a good team-player
Be dependable, able to drive results.
Excellent written and verbal communication
