Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible, but not limited to, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, Managing our E-Commerce site, processing orders, some marketing and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and or customer service, organized and a passion for team work, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in English. SEO and Bilingualism (French) would be an asset.
Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Regular website maintenance (Training will be provided)
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service.
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales / customer service, marketing experience.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is a Bonus.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) , Good computer literacy.
- Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and convey them effectively to clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- SEO experience will be an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
