Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end production workflow—from planning and scheduling through to shipping and installation. This role is central to ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will act as both an internal leader and an external technical point of contact, working closely with clients, production staff, installers, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage production workflow across multiple concurrent signage projects.
- Coordinate manufacturing, logistics, and installation timelines.
- Lead and supervise production staff and in-house installers, plus subcontracted crews.
- Manage installation scheduling, site coordination, and field execution.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and efficient resource utilization.
- Execute strategic and operational plans set by senior leadership.
- Provide regular reporting and operational feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience in sign manufacturing and installation.
- Proven ability to manage complex installation schedules and field crews.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Professional communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
- Solid technical understanding of signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation practices.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
