The Product Manager – Grower Relationship Management (GRM) plays a key role in designing, developing, and scaling digital products that enhance how McCain engages with growers and field teams globally. This role blends product management, business process design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions that improve the grower experience and drive operational efficiency across diverse regions.

Develop and support the GRM product vision, roadmap, and prioritization

Gather insights from growers, regional teams, and user feedback to inform product decisions

Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories

Use user journey mapping to identify workflow gaps and improvement opportunities

Collaborate with technology, UX, and architecture teams within Agile delivery environments

Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new capabilities across global regions

Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Align product outcomes with defined OKRs and success metrics

Leverage AI tools to enhance prototyping and requirements development

Ensure solutions deliver meaningful value to growers, field teams, and the broader business

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field

5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital roles

Experience working in global or multi-region environments

Strong business process mapping and product translation skills

Experience across the full product lifecycle, from concept through sustainment

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development practices

Strong communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an asset

Agriculture or AgTech experience is considered an asset
You will be part of the Global Agriculture Digital Transformation team, partnering closely with regional agriculture leaders, field teams, and technology partners. The team focuses on delivering scalable digital solutions that enhance grower engagement and support McCain’s global agriculture strategy.

Compensation Package: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
