Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure atmosphere in all Lake Louise Ski Resort properties including the resort and staff accommodation.
Job Responsibilities:

Conducting security patrols of Lake Louise Ski Resort properties
-
Enforce “conditions of residence” as outlined in rental contracts
-
Liaison with local law enforcement and emergency service agencies
-
Respond to complaints and conduct investigations
-
Provide assistance and or information to employees and the general public
-
Complete the required nightly security incident reports
-
All other related duties as required by the Security Supervisor or Housing Management
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
-
Canadian or international drivers license with clean abstract required
-
Must be able to provide 3 years claim free insurance history up to now
-
Ability to enforce rules, without being influenced by friends/work colleagues.

Must be able to work independently with little supervision
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Self-motivated and responsible to work with minimal or no supervision
-
Must be physically capable of lifting/carrying 50 lbs.
-
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
-
First Aid, CPR, Self Defense and Mediation skills preferred
-
Prior security/law enforcement experience is considered an asset
