About the Role
AtlantiCann Medical Inc. (AMI) is currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing team through coordination of customer engagement activities, brand activations, trade shows, and administrative functions. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, and other internal departments to ensure projects, promotions, and customer initiatives are executed efficiently and professionally. The Sales Support Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining organization, supporting brand presence in the market, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination and Brand Activations
- Coordinate and schedule in-store pop-ups, retailer visits, brand activations, and promotional events.
- Manage event logistics, including materials, travel arrangements, product requests, and retailer communication.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and retail activations as required.
- Ensure brand standards and presentation guidelines are maintained at all events.
- Collect retailer feedback and customer observations during events and activations.
- Capture event notes, photographs, and key outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Prepare and submit post-event summaries, including recommendations and follow-up actions.
Internal Coordination and Administrative Support
- Maintain sales trackers, project timelines, shared folders, and other departmental records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams, to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with tracking customer requests, sales initiatives, and project deliverables.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation to support departmental operations and reporting.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other sales-related materials as required.
Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a point of contact between departments to facilitate communication and project coordination.
- Assist in identifying and resolving scheduling, documentation, or communication gaps that may impact project execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and organizational efficiency.
What You Bring
- Must be 19+ years old
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, marketing coordination, event coordination, or a related role.
- Experience working in a regulated cannabis environment is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for events and trade shows.
Site Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Comfortable with occasional exposure to chemicals, fumes, dust, odours, and extreme temperatures.
- Comfortable wearing full personal protective equipment while on the production floor.
- Able to lift, push and pull 35 pounds
- Able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
