Guest Experience Specialist – Tim Hortons
About the Role
As a Guest Experience Specialist at Tim Hortons, your top priority is making every guest feel welcome, appreciated, and taken care of while you prepare our famous coffee, baked goods, and food items in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly attitude, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant and drive‑thru.
Take accurate guest orders on front counter and drive‑thru, process cash, debit, and credit transactions using the POS system.
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso-based drinks, Iced Capps, cold beverages) according to Tim Hortons standards.
Assemble and serve food items, including sandwiches, breakfast items, and other menu offerings, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.
Perform baking and product preparation, following “Always Fresh” procedures to ensure products are fresh, accurate, and on time.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including front counter, dining room, condiment stations, bathrooms, and back of house as assigned.
Restock products and supplies throughout the shift to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
Follow all food safety, health and safety, and cleaning and sanitizing procedures as outlined in Tim Hortons standards.
Communicate and work closely with team members to keep service fast, accurate, and guest‑focused.
Handle guest concerns or special requests in a professional, courteous, and solution‑focused manner.

Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude with strong communication skills.
Ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment (front counter, drive‑thru, kitchen, and baking).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to approximately 25–30 lbs as needed.
Previous customer service or quick service restaurant experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
Availability
Flexible availability for a combination of early mornings, daytime, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, depending on restaurant needs.
