Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various CNC equipment, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines. This role requires a strong understanding of G-code and M-code Programs, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge to produce high-quality precision parts. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, and maintaining CNC machinery to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
Duties
- Operate and monitor CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines to produce precision components.
- Program CNC equipment using CAD drawings and CNC programming skills to meet specifications and run G-code and M-code CNC programs
- Set up machines by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to blueprints and work orders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing instructions accurately.
Skills
- Proficiency with CNC programming and operation of CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines.
- Must be able to read, understand, and run G-code and M-code CNC programs.
- Experience with Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Strong blueprint reading skills coupled with mechanical knowledge for precise machining.
- Ability to operate CAD software such as SolidWorks for part design or modifications.
- Knowledge of machining tools including calipers, hand tools, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
