Law Clerk - Litigation
Richmond Hill, Ontario
Our client, a well established business law firm located in Richmond Hill seeks a Litigation Law Clerk to join its expanding team. This is a new full time permanent role.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in all facets of a civil or commercial litigation file.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience working in a litigation practice and strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure.
Experience working on Factums, Motion Records and assisting with court preparations and filings.
A diploma or certificate in a Law Clerk, Legal Assistant or Paralegal program.
Strong organizational skills, a 'can do' attitude' and excellent customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of CaseCentre, MSWord and Adobe.
