The Modern Skin Company is seeking a passionate, client-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team in a luxury medical aesthetics environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced aesthetician who is looking to move beyond traditional spa services and build a long-term career in advanced skin health and medical aesthetics. We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin through education, personalized treatment plans, and exceptional care.
Position Details
- Part-Time
- Approximately 8 hours per week to start
- Flexible schedule
- Opportunity for additional hours as demand grows
- Evening and Saturday availability preferred
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform medical-grade facials
- Perform Bela MD treatments
- Perform chemical peels
- Perform dermaplaning treatments
- Conduct skin consultations and skin assessments
- Recommend medical grade skincare products and treatment plans
- Provide exceptional client care and follow-up
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and clinic standards
- Support retail sales of medical-grade skincare products

Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience performing facials
- Experience performing dermaplaning treatments
- Experience performing chemical peels
- Strong knowledge of skin health and skincare ingredients
- Professional, polished, and client-focused
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build client relationships and treatment plans
- Passion for continued education and professional growth
Assets:
- Experience with Bela MD
- Experience with medical-grade skincare lines
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics clinic
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- 10% S=service commission
- 10% retail commission
