The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Warehouse Worker on behalf of one of our employer partners in the Appliance Industry.
A growing organization that strives to exceed the expectations of our clients is currently looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic candidates for the position of Warehouse Worker in Jane Street, Concord, ON.
A security background check will be required.
Job Details:
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible for the efficient and effective flow of merchandise in a mid volume Warehouse
- Identify areas of improvement and converse with Management for transitions
- Process-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Prepare receiving area and organize equipment
- Experience in shipping/receiving (forklift experience is not required)
- Work in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Work independently without supervision
- High energy with a positive attitude
- Ability to work diligently in down-times
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Pride in work
- Proactive in maintaining a clean/organized work environment
Physical Qualifications:
- Must be in good physical shape
- Ability to lift 40 lbs above the waist and handle heavy loads repeatedly
- Repetitive motion
Shift Schedule: 3pm to 11pm
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
