About the Role
Broadview Landscape Inc. is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead crews, coordinate daily site operations, and ensure high‑quality installation of landscape and hardscape projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, safety‑focused, and confident in directing a team in a fast‑paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks based on project priorities, plans, and schedules
- Lead morning safety meetings and ensure FLHAs are completed
- Assign daily responsibilities to crew members and monitor productivity
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Oversee installation of hardscape and landscape systems
- Operate and supervise equipment (skid steers, excavators, loaders, etc.)
- Ensure all safety procedures, OSH guidelines, and quality standards are followed
- Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower needs
- Track attendance, progress, and site documentation
- Communicate daily with supervisors, managers, and subcontractors
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems on site
- Train, mentor, and support crew members

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Foreman
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction, equipment, and hardscape systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
