What You'll Do
- Provide occupational health nursing services and first aid care to employees.
- Assess and manage workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Triage medical concerns and provide appropriate treatment and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
- Support disability management and return-to-work programs.
- Participate in employee wellness initiatives and health promotion activities.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety, management, employees, and external healthcare providers.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and best practices.
What You'll Bring
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Occupational Health, Emergency, Community, Primary Care, or Industrial Nursing experience is an asset.
