At The Sharp Music Cafe Brunch, coffee, food, and live music come together to create a warm and welcoming space where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy meaningful moments.
We are currently looking for a friendly, dependable, and positive Barista to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in making quality drinks, and wants to help create a thoughtful and memorable experience for every guest.
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service setting is an asset, but we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as much.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to cafe standards
- Support light food and dessert service as needed
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with menu questions or recommendations
- Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
- Help keep the bar, service areas, and dining space clean and organized
- Restock supplies and support opening and closing duties as needed
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Work closely with the team in a busy brunch environment
Qualifications
- Previous barista, cafe, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset
- Comfortable preparing basic espresso-based drinks
- Basic latte art skills are a bonus, or willingness to learn
- Friendly, warm, and confident when speaking with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and works well with others
- Able to communicate clearly in English with customers and coworkers
- Available to work weekends
