Overview
As part of the Production team, the Industrial Engineering Specialist defines the workplace organization route map of equipment/installations and the new plants' technological system in terms of workplace organization in line with product development and the factory master plan.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis of workstation ergonomics
- Subdivision of the work phases on the manufacturing floor.
- Identification of cycle time.
- Coordination of activities related to the analysis of feeding components and OPL/SOP creation.
- Coordination of activities related to the necessary tools for the feeding components and assemblage.
- Reduction of NVAA and unbalancing
- Coordination of material organization on the line side
- Assess productive efficiency.
- Leading the process design for logistics case
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
- Post-secondary education within technical fields or Engineering
- Previous experience using SAP is considered an asset.
- Previous knowledge and experience in the manufacturing environment
- Analysis and good decision-making skills
- Good organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
Pay: $53,345.70-$72,000.00 per year
