ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and organized Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you are not just managing a reception desk — you are creating a memorable and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You will take initiative, handle a variety of administrative tasks, and ensure that our clients feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage meeting room schedules and coordinate appointments
- Process client paperwork and maintain organized records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Provide information about our services and guide clients to the right person
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support the team with various operational needs as they arise

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is an asset but not required
- Experience in financial services, hospitality, or professional services is a plus
- No supervisory experience required
