Bartender Roles & Responsibilities:
- Use great customer service skills to give amazing experience to all guests in the restaurant
- Learn and memorize all of our food and beverage menu items
- Use your knowledge of the food and beverage menu to make great suggestions for guests and answer all menu related questions
- Understand and adhere to all of the B&G policies and procedures
- Understand and embrace the B&G culture and values
- Assist kitchen with packing and distribution of pickup and delivery orders
- Have a clean-as-you-go mindset
- Be team oriented and have great communication skills
- Assist all front of house employees with running food, table maintenance, seating, taking payments, etc.
- Learn and complete opening and closing duties properly
- Have a passion for providing East Coast Hospitality!
- Prepare and execute cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards
- Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and cleanliness throughout each shift
- Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations and create memorable guest experiences
- Support beverage quality, organization, and operational excellence behind the bar
