Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Engineering Designer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing precise technical drawings, system layouts, and detailed schematics that support complex engineering projects. Your expertise will help translate conceptual designs into accurate, actionable plans that drive successful project execution. Duties
- Design and development of mechanical systems and components using AutoDesk Inventor CAD software
- Create detailed schematics, drawings, and models for manufacturing and assembly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
- Conduct analysis and testing to validate design performance and reliability.
- Generate bills of materials (BOMs) and provide technical support during the production process.
- Maintain supporting technical documents including manuals, parts books and service bulletins.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Completed post-secondary studies in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in CAD software, AutoDesk Inventor for 3D modeling would be an asset.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and materials.
- Familiarity with metal fabricating processes and capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Agricultural experience or background is an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
