Residential Outside Sales Representative
Polar Bear Spray Foam Inc. is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our residential new construction business.
If you enjoy building relationships, working with home builders, and closing deals, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with home builders, general contractors, and project managers.
- Find and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit job sites to understand customer needs and recommend insulation solutions.
- Prepare quotes and proposals.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Keep up to date on building codes and insulation products.
- Manage customer accounts and sales activities using our CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience.
- Experience in construction, building materials, insulation, or a related industry is preferred.
- Experience working with residential builders and contractors is an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license.
