Suite 46 is looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook + Line Cook Supervisor to join our culinary team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, creativity, quality control, team coordination, and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items according to standardized recipes and quality expectations
- Oversee line cooks and ensure food is prepared to standard and on time
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during service
- Perform line cook duties as required
- Coordinate with Head Chef to manage daily prep and service flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station
- Work cohesively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving deliveries
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal features
- Adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen leading a team
- Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of cooking techniques
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Punctual, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
- Food Handler Certification
