Pulse Medical is one of Canada’s fastest-growing Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) companies. We help seniors and families feel safer, more independent, and better supported through medical alert devices and 24/7 monitoring services.
We are looking for motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our remote sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with seniors and caregivers, can build trust quickly, and is driven by both performance and purpose.

What You’ll Do
- Contact and follow up with qualified inbound and warm leads.
- Explain Pulse Medical’s products and services clearly and honestly.
- Help customers choose the right medical alert solution for their needs.
- Follow the approved sales process, script, and disclosure requirements.
- Accurately complete customer information and CRM notes.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Installation, and Operations teams.
- Follow up quickly with assigned leads to maximize conversion.
- Help recover older leads and missed opportunities through structured follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience, preferably in phone sales, inside sales, call centre sales, healthcare, home services, or senior-focused products.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Ability to build trust with seniors, caregivers, and family members.
- Comfortable working with warm leads and closing sales by phone.
- Strong follow-up habits and ability to work in a CRM.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.
- Ability to follow scripts, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
- Reliable internet connection, laptop/computer, headset, and quiet remote workspace.
Compensation
This role includes a fixed monthly contractor retainer plus performance-based compensation.
Sales Representatives may earn additional compensation based on:
- Completed and secured installs.
- Monthly production performance.
- Quality of accounts.
- Script adherence and required disclosures.
- Speed-to-lead and timely follow-up.
- Recovery of older company-owned leads.
The compensation model is designed to reward consistent production, quality sales, fast lead follow-up, accurate CRM work, and strong customer outcomes.
