Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized follow-up system for leads and prospects to ensure ongoing communication.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and dealership goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with customers effectively.
