We are seeking a motivated and energetic Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. This entry-level role is designed to provide valuable experience throughout the sales cycle, including outbound sales, group development, game-day operations, and event support.

What to be excited for in this role:

Conduct outbound cold calls to individual ticket buyers to upsell multi-game ticket packages.

Support the ticket sales team during select games and events throughout the season.

Process ticket sales accurately using the Archtics ticketing system while following company procedures.

Maintain accurate customer, lead, and prospect information within the CRM database.

Assist with group sales initiatives and event planning activities that drive ticket revenue.

Participate in weekly meetings, sales training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Meet or exceed established sales and call volume targets.

Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive fan experience.

Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and internal departments.

Perform additional duties as required to support team and organizational goals.
What we need from you:

Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Post-secondary education in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field is considered an asset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and motivation to achieve targets.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or database systems is an asset.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required for games and events.
