We are seeking energetic and friendly Host/Support team members to create memorable guest experiences from the moment they walk through our doors. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth seating, excellent customer service, and seamless support for our restaurant operations. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and reservations support
- Assist servers and kitchen staff by supporting guest needs and ensuring smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas
- Handle guest concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for reservations or guest check-ins when needed
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure a lively, positive dining environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette approach
- Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service

Pay: $17.60 per hour
