Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeepers to oversee daily operations within our hospitality or industrial cleaning environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that cleanliness standards are maintained across all areas, supervise housekeeping staff, and uphold exceptional service quality. This leadership role requires a strong background in cleaning, hospitality, and custodial services, with a focus on team management and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, or industrial spaces.
- Comply with daily cleaning schedules and protocols to meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Update manager on inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels.
- Address guest or client concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with management to improve operational processes and enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments; hotel experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to train staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and management.
- Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
