Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical infrastructure while adhering to all safety standards and regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new builds to renovations within agricultural, residential, commercial, and small industrial settings.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to accurately execute installation and repair tasks.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in agricultural, residential, commercial, and small industrial environments.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete wiring, conduit installation, panel setups, and other electrical work.
- Work with low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and schematics to ensure proper operation of complex electrical components.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance on electrical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with construction teams and other tradespeople during renovation or new build projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and electrical codes to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Requirements
- Valid 309A Electrical License.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License.
- Proven experience as an electrician in agricultural, residential, commercial, and small industrial environments.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with fellow tradespeople.
Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44.0 per week
