The LAB Sports Med. is a multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic specializing in the assessment, treatment, and prevention of sport and recreational injuries.
Our team works with everyone from active individuals and weekend warriors to high-performance and professional athletes, using a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care.
With a 5,000 sq ft facility designed for both rehabilitation and performance training, we bridge the gap between recovery and performance through a science-backed, movement-focused model.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who wants to work in a true sports medicine environment, collaborating closely with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other practitioners to deliver high-level care.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Treating patients with a focus on injury recovery, mobility, and performance
- Conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans
- Educating patients on injury prevention and long-term care
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
What We’re Looking For
Requirements
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Interest in working with active individuals and athletes
Assets
- Experience with sports massage or rehab-focused treatments
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries and recovery
- Techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy
- Additional certifications (cupping, IASTM, etc.)

Clinic Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The schedule will be based on availability and clinic needs.
Position Details
