Humble Coffee Roasters is looking for a reliable, people-first Delivery Driver & Customer Service Representative who takes as much pride in the experience they deliver as the coffee they're carrying - serving our growing list of partners across Calgary and beyond.
About the Role
This isn't just a delivery job. As our Delivery Driver & Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Humble Coffee Roasters in the field - visiting our wholesale and office partners, making sure they're stocked, their equipment is running smoothly, and their experience with us is always top-tier.

This is a part-time role to start, with real potential to grow into additional days and hours as the business grows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Completing regular delivery routes to our café, bakery, and office coffee partners across Calgary and surrounding areas.
- Serving as the primary point of contact on your route - building real relationships with our partners
- Representing the Humble brand with professionalism and warmth at every stop
- Performing basic espresso and drip coffee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting at client locations (full training provided)
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and communicating any client feedback or needs back to the team
- Loading and unloading product - must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
What We're Looking For
- A people person - you genuinely enjoy being front-facing and interacting with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a route efficiently
- Coffee knowledge is a bonus - but the right attitude will always matter more
Requirements
- 1+ year of in-person customer service experience (retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or similar)
- Some prior driving or delivery experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract (vehicle provided)
- Comfortable with highway and rural driving

- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (with potential to grow)
- Estimated 9–15 hours/week to start
- $18.00/hr
