Etobicoke (ON-SITE MON-FRI)
We’re looking for a creative, driven, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This person will help produce social media and coordinate a high-volume content calendar. Marketing agency experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a high-volume content calendar, coordinating approximately nine posts per day across multiple social media platforms for @ronmortgageguy
- Support the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of social media including bringing forward fresh ideas for content, platform strategies, and emerging trends
- Assist the Digital Marketing Director with managing the YouTube channels: ‘Angry Mortgage Podcast’ and ‘Angry Mortgage Clips’
- Create thumbnails for YouTube and other digital assets
- Assist with merchandise orders and inventory
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a marketing or creative agency is strongly preferred
- Two to three years of experience working on social media campaigns
- Experience working on a YouTube channel and creating content
- Proficient in Capcut and Canva
- Experience managing detailed, high-volume content calendars across multiple platforms
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- A determined, creative, resilient, and proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership
- A positive attitude and growth mindset with enthusiasm for testing, learning, and trying new things
- Excellent client-service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

You keep a complex content calendar organized and running smoothly, communicate clearly with Mr. Butler and the digital media director and consistently follow through on commitments. You bring energy and curiosity to the role, proactively identify opportunities, and aren’t afraid to turn a promising idea into action.
Monday to Thursday ; 9 AM to 6 PM Friday 9 AM to 5 PM ONLY FROM OUR ETOBICOKE OFFICE
