Overview
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and become an important cog in the Property Management wheel. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, performing inspections and completing home repairs to keep our tenants and landlords happy. Your hands-on skills and proactive approach will help maintain a safe and happy home for our tenants.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of homes to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs
- Troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently to resolve issues
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Collaborate with team members
- Ensure all safety protocols and RTA rules are followed during maintenance procedures and repairs
Qualifications
- Strong general house repair knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various issues
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic understanding of home systems
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward challenges
- Prior experience in home repair/renovations

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
