Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a strong interest in landscape maintenance. This role involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the beautification and upkeep of gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with experienced landscapers to learn the trade while contributing to various landscaping projects.
Responsibilities
- Mow and trim grass on commercial, multi-residential, Industrial properties.
- Edge lawns, sidewalks, parking lots, and driveways
- Operate zero-turn lawn mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers and other landscaping equipment safely
- Remove debris, leaves, and branches from lawns
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients
- Maintaining all equipment and tools
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in operating landscaping machinery and tools.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks is beneficial.
- A strong willingness to learn new skills related to landscape design, installation, and maintenance is essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physical labor is required.
Must have own transportation to our shop in St Clements

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
