We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to support our accounting and customer service operations. This role combines A/P, A/R, invoicing, and month-end support with front-line customer service.
Duties Include:
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry
- Answering phones & emails
- Order entry, and customer follow-ups
Requirements:
- Accounting/bookkeeping or office admin experience
- Sage or similar software experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
